AGJ Story
BUSINESS STORY our seafood business started from our frequent visits to Sta. Cruz Quipayo where we usually hang out. We noticed that the place is quite far from the sea, making it difficult for residents to easily access fresh seafood. Because of this, we saw an opportunity to put up a seafood cart business that brings fresh seafood directly to them, so they no longer need to travel to the town center. It is also an advantage for us since three members of our group live near the sea, allowing us to easily source fresh and high-quality seafood products.
General Manager
Leo Jezreel A. Albores serves as the General Manager of AGJ ALL-IN TINDAHAN, a thriving business. In this vital role, he is responsible for overseeing multiple aspects of the company’s operations to ensure efficiency and profitability. One of his key duties involves sourcing seafood product (shrimp, fish, & crab) exclusively from trusted suppliers, ensuring that all products meet high standards of quality, freshness, and safety. He carefully supervises the proper supply of the items to maintain its integrity and extend shelf life. In addition to procurement, Leo efficiently manages customer orders, monitors inventory levels, and coordinates timely deliveries, helping to ensure that customers receive their products promptly and in excellent condition. He also plays a significant role in marketing the business by actively promoting it on social media platforms and engaging with customers directly to build strong, lasting relationships. To maintain a competitive edge in the market, Leo constantly monitors pricing trends and adjusts strategies accordingly. Above all, his primary goal is to keep the business operating smoothly while securing a steady and sustainable profit. His dedication, attention to detail, and hands-on leadership contribute greatly to the continued success of AGJ’s company.
